Haas VF-2 added to in-house machining capabilities

08 May 07, Saint Paul, MN—Caztek, Inc. announces the addition of a Haas VF-2 to their in-house machining capabilities.

Complementing the recent acquisition of a new CNC lathe, the new Haas CNC machining center dramatically improves our ability to mill precision parts. With a 10,000 rpm spindle, 30" x 18" x 20" x, y and z travels respectively, this machine is well suited to our increasing need for short turn around prototype work. Coupled with MasterCam software, a full 4th axis and highly skilled machinists, the VF-2 gives us the capability to mill parts with close tolerances and complex shapes and setups in a quantity of one or one thousand.
